Use of the service
NDIScribe is a notes copilot for Australian NDIS providers. It scores notes against the NDIS Practice Standards and supports incident logging, handover, family updates, claims checks, one tap audit packs, and an AI Advocate. Customers are responsible for ensuring user access is authorised, source records are accurate, and final records are reviewed before use in participant files, claims, incident notifications, or audit submissions.
No regulator attestation
Note Quality Scores, incident screens, restrictive practice checks, claim drafts and audit packs are decision support outputs. They are not legal advice, medical advice, clinical supervision, regulator certification, or a guarantee that a provider will pass an NDIS Commission audit.
Human review
Customers must review AI outputs before saving them into systems of record, submitting claim files, sending family updates, or making reportable incident or restrictive practice decisions. NDIScribe does not submit claims or regulatory notifications on behalf of customers.
Data processing
Customer data stays in Australia, is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is de-identified before AI. Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. Customers must not use NDIScribe for data they are not authorised to process.
